QUINCY JONES
Quincy Jones was a legendary black African American Academy Award nominated music composer, songwriter, and conductor from the 1960s to the 2020s. Some of his movie soundtracks include: The Color Purple, The Getaway, In the Heat of the Night, and many more. He was married to Peggy Lipton for a number of years and is the father of actress Rashida Jones. He passed away in 2024 at the age of 91.
