PHILIP TONGE

Philip Tonge was an English-born actor from the 1910s to the 1950s. Some of his movies include: Miracle on 34th Street, Witness for the Prosecution (as Inspector Hearne), Invisible Invaders, and TV's "Northwest Passage". He passed away in 1959 at the age of 61.
