KOTARO SATOMI

Kotaro Satomi is a Japanese actor from the 1950s to the present. He started as a jidaigeki (period drama) actor in the late 1950s in mostly youth-oriented movies featuring dashing young heroes, as well as appearing in musicals and comedies. He then moved into TV in the late 1960s. Satomi has only started to act in contemporary films since 2000. Some of his movies include: Shinsengumi, Shinran, and April Fools. As of 2021, he is still alive at the age of 84!
