JOE BOLTON

Joe Bolton was an American TV host and actor from the 1920s to the 1970s. He was the host of "The Clubhouse Gang" and "The Three Stooges Funhouse" as Officer Joe Bolton (which will bring back fond memories for anyone who grew up in New York in the 1950s or 1960s). He passed away in 1986 at the age of 75.
