CAROLL SPINNEY

Caroll Spinney was an actor from the 1960s to the 2010s. He is best known for playing Big Bird on TV's "Sesame Street", and he was also the voice of Oscar the Grouch. He was with Sesame Street from the very beginning, and was a significant part of their success (and he receives very prominent billing in the credits of every show). He retired in 2018, and passed away in 2019 at the age of 85.
