BOB CURWOOD

Bob Curwood (born John Balas Belasco in 1899) was a Romanian-born actor from the 1920s, playing only in silent Universal western shorts from 1927 to 1929. His career ended when sound came in, both because he barely spoke English, and because he had a strong accent! We don't know what became of him after that, but he passed away in 1980 in Mexico at the age of 84. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
