BYRON FOULGER

Byron Foulger was a character actor from the 1930s to the 1970s. Some of his movies include: The Man They Could Not Hang, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, Flash Gordon Conquers the Universe, Salt Lake Raiders, and Cattle Queen of Montana. He passed away in 1970 at the age of 70.
