GILLO PONTECORVO

Gillo Pontecorvo was an Italian writer and director from the 1950s to the 2000s. Some of his movies include: The Battle Of Algiers (nominated for the Best Director Academy Award for this film), Kapo, and Burn. He passed away in 2006 at the age of 86.
