DAVID POWELL
David Powell was a Scottish actor from the 1910s to the 1920s. He was a leading man in silent movies with a promising future (he made 52 movies between 1914 and 1925, including as Boston Blackie), but his career ended in 1925 when he caught bronchopneumonia and quickly passed away at the age of 41. Now he is solely remembered by major film buffs.
