CAROL LAWRENCE
Carol Lawrence is a Broadway actress and singer from the 1950s to the 2000s. She is best remembered for originating the role of Maria in the very first Broadway version of West Side Story. Some of her other Broadway roles include: Plain and Fancy, South Pacific, and Kiss of the Spider Woman. She was married to singer Robert Goulet from 1963 to 1980, and they had two children together. As of 2021, she is still alive at the age of 88!
