BURTON HOLMES

Burton Holmes was a legendary documentary director, producer and writer from the 1910s to the 1940s. He produced an astonishing 257 travelogues between 1916 and 1922, and he has credited as being the person who coined the word "travelogue"! Holmes passed away in 1958 at the age of 88.
