The Meat Puppets are an alternative rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) band from the 1980s to the present. Band members have included Cris Kirkwood, Curt Kirkwood, Ted Marcus, and Kyle Ellison. Some of their hits include: The Whistling Song, Backwater, Never to Be Found, and Swimming Ground
