FLORENZ ZIEGFELD JR.
Florenz Ziegfeld Jr. (often called Flo Ziegfeld) was an American Broadway impresario from the 1890s to the 1930s. He is well-known for the Ziegfeld Follies, his series of theatrical revues which were inspired by the Folies Bergere of Paris. He is a member of the American Theater Hall of Fame, and an Oscar-winning film about his life called The Great Ziegfeld was released in 1936. He passed away in 1932 at the age of 65.
