GEORGE M. COHAN
George M. Cohan was a composer, playwright, actor, and lyricist from the 1880s to the 1940s. Known has the "Man Who Owned Broadway" before World War I (WWI), some of his hits include: Yankee Doodle, Over There, Give My Regards to Broadway, and You're A Grand Old Flag. He passed away in 1942 at the age of 64.
