GORDON LIGHTFOOT

Gordon Lightfoot was a Canadian folk rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) singer-songwriter from the 1950s to the 2020s. He has been referred to as Canada's greatest songwriter and internationally as a folk-rock legend and has received sixteen Juno Awards, four Ascap awards, nominated for five Grammy Awards, and has been inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame, and Canada's Walk of Fame. He passed away in 2023 at the age of 84.
