NIRVANA (band)
Nirvana was an alternative grunge rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) band from the 1980s to the 1990s. The band was formed by Krist Novoselic, Dave Grohl (who later founded the band "Foo Fighters"), and lead singer Kurt Cobain who, sadly, was found dead of a self-inflicted shotgun wound, at the height of the band's success, in 1994. Some of Nirvana's hits include: Love Buzz, Lithium, Come As You Are, and Smells Like Teen Spirit
