MARY JO TAROLA

Mary Jo Tarola was an actress from the 1950s, who only appeared in three movies, billed as "Linda Douglas". She quit movies to marry Pat DiCicco, who was 19 years older than her; DiCicco had been married to Thelma Todd 20 years before, and had been also married to Gloria Vanderbilt 10 years before. He was nicknamed "The Glamour Boy of Hollywood" (it sounds like this Pat DiCicco was a fascinating guy!). Mary Jo Tarola is best remembered for having been later married to the legendary Jewish baseball player, Hank Greenberg. Her movies were: Affair With a Stranger, Target, and Trail Guide. She passed away in 2017 at the age of 88.
