OSCAR MICHEAUX

Oscar Micheaux was a black African American writer, director and producer from the 1910s to the 1940s. He was the first African American to produce a feature-length film and some of his works include: The Homesteader, The Betrayal, and Body and Soul. He passed away in 1951 at the age of 67.
