ARTHUR LAKE

Arthur Lake was an actor from the 1910s to the 1950s, and is best remembered as Dagwood Bumstead in the very popular long-running series of Blondie movies adapted from the newspaper comic strip by Chic Young. Some of his movies include: Blondie's Lucky Day, Double Danger, and I Cover Chinatown. He passed away in 1987 at the age of 81.
