John Lydon is an English singer, songwriter, and rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) musician from the 1970s to the present. He is best remembered as 'Johnny Rotten' from the punk rock music group The Sex Pistols. He is also mentioned in Neil Young's song "My My, Hey Hey (Out of the Blue)"
