STAN KENTON

Stan Kenton was a jazz musician, Big Band leader, and composer from the 1930s to the 1970s. He is best remembered for leading several jazz big band music groups, and he has contributed to several soundtracks including The Big Sleep and Let's Make Rhythm, as well as appearing in a few movies including Talk About a Lady. He passed away in 1979 at the age of 67.
