MINNESOTA FATS

Minnesota Fats was a fictional champion pool player and hustler that appears in the novel "The Hustler" by Walter Tevis, later made into a movie starring Paul Newman, with Fats played by Jackie Gleason. He was later played by Rudolf Wanderone in real-life, who realized there was money to be made from being associated with the success of the book and subsequent film!
