TOMMY COOK
Tommy Cook is a former child actor from the 1950s to the present. He is probably best remembered for first playing the Native American Indian boy Little Beaver in the serial "The Adventures of Red Ryder" (after that, Robert Blake took over the role in the movie series that followed). Because he had a dark complexion, he was almost always cast in roles as Native Americans or Mexicans (and he played Kimba, an African native boy, in 1946's Tarzan and the Leopard Woman), and he never grew very tall, which likely made it very hard for him to transition to adult roles. As of 2021, Cook is still alive at the age of 90!
