ROBERT MCGOWAN

Robert A. McGowan was a screenwriter and director from the 1910s to the 1950s. He is best remembered for writing and directing the Our Gang series of shorts, including: War Feathers, Rainy Days, and The Knockout. He passed away in 1955 at the age of 54.
