Jim Bailey was a singer, entertainer, female impersonator (most famous for impersonating Judy Garland!), and actor from the 1970s to the 2000s. Some of his movies include: The Day It Came to Earth, Back Roads, and Penitentiary III. He passed away in 2015 at the age of 77.
