JAMES EARL JONES

James Earl Jones was a black African American actor from the 1960s to the 2020s. He was the son of prizefighter and actor Robert Earl Jones. Some of his movies include: The Great White Hope (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Field of Dreams, Sneakers, and The Lion King (as the voice of Mufasa). He is also the iconic voice of Darth Vader from the Star Wars franchise (which was wonderfully parodied during his guest appearance on TV's "The Big Bang Theory"!). He passed away in 2024 at the age of 93.
