ROY BARCROFT

Roy Barcroft (born Howard Harold Ravenscroft) was an actor from the 1930s to the 1960s. His acting career began with uncredited parts in films such as Mata Hari and serials such as Flash Gordon and S.O.S. Coast Guard, but he is best remembered as a villain in countless cowboy westerns with Johnny Mack Brown, Buck Jones, Gene Autry, Hopalong Cassidy, Roy Rogers, and more. Some of his films include: Ghost of Zorro, The Way West, and Monte Walsh. He passed away in 1969 at the age of 67.
