FRANK FRAZETTA
Frank Frazetta was a fantasy and science fiction (sci-fi) artist from the 1940s to 2010, and many consider him the finest fantasy artist of all time. His works has been featured on countless album covers, book covers, and film posters (and some comic books earlier in his career), and he is known for his exaggerated fantasy artwork featuring Conan-like men and super sexy (often naked) women! He briefly worked for EC Comics (E.C. Comics) and early in his career, he "ghost drew" Li'l Abner for Al Capp. He helped create Fire and Ice, the animated movie made by Ralph Bakshi. Some of his paintings have sold for extremely high prices, with some over $1,000,000! He passed away in 2010 at the age of 82.
