GERTRUDE MICHAEL
Gertrude Michael was an actress from the 1930s to the 1960s. She is best remembered for her appearance in "Murder at the Vanities" in 1934, where she sang "Sweet Marijuana" (which helps explain why pre-Code films caused the Code to be created). Some of her movies include: The Notorious Sophie Lang (and its two sequels), Bolero, Cleopatra, and many others! She passed away in 1964 at the age of 53.
