ROBERT FRANCIS
Robert Francis was an actor from the 1950s. He is best remembered for his starring role as Ensign Keith in "The Caine Mutiny". Some of his other movies include: The Long Gray Line, The Bamboo Prison, and They Rode West. In 1955, Francis and his two passengers were killed when the airplane that he was piloting crashed shortly after takeoff. Francis was 25 years old. There are rumors that he was bisexual, and had a relationship with Howard Hughes, but we can find no proof to substantiate these rumors.
