PAUL HARTMANN
Paul Hartmann was a German actor from the 1910s to the 1960s. He was a popular actor in many films starting in 1915 through 1927, when he took a five year break to act on the stage, and then he returned to making many movies. Hartmann appeared in several Nazi propaganda movies during World War II, which resulted in his being banned from acting for three years after the war, but then he resumed making movies through the late 1950s, and his final role was as a German general in The Longest Day in 1962. He passed away in 1977 at the age of 88.
