ROGER CORMAN
Roger Corman was a legendary director and producer of B-movies from the 1950s to the 2020s. He made some of the most important B-movies of the 1950s and 1960s, and launched the careers of many future stars, including most notably Jack Nicholson, and he also hired top stars of the 1930s whose careers were on the decline, like Boris Karloff! He was legendary for making his movies in incredibly short amounts of time, sometimes a matter of days, and therefore, they all made money (especially since much of the crew worked on a volunteer basis, to gain experience). Some of his films include: Bloody Mama, The Wasp Woman, The Day the World Ended, It Conquered the World, Not of This Earth, Attack of the Crab Monsters, Rock All Night, Machine-Gun Kelly, and many more. He passed away in 2024 at the age of 98
