RICHARD MATHESON
Richard Matheson was a legendary mostly horror/sci-fi writer from the 1950s to the 2010s. He is best remembered for writing the novel "The Shrinking Man", which was adapted into the 1957 movie "The Incredible Shrinking Man". He also wrote "I Am Legend", which was adapted into "The Last Man on Earth". He wrote fifteen scripts for the original "The Twilight Zone" TV series, including some of the best remembered episodes like "Steel", "Little Girl Lost", and "Third from the Sun". Matheson passed away in 2013 at the age of 87.
