Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More)

Arizona Nights, the 1927 Lloyd Ingraham silent cowboy western starring Fred Thomson, Nora Lane, J.P. McGowan, William Courtright, and Lottie Williams. Note that star Fred Thomson was a major silent cowboy star (along with Tom Mix), but he is forgotten today, because he tragically died of tetanus just when sound movies started. Surely there should be a film biography of his life (perhaps Johnny Depp could play the lead role!).

Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).

Condition: fine. The slide and holder are in about as good condition as can be expected (there is just slight aging to the holder). See below for a scan of the slide and a separate scan of the holder.
